Located on the top floor of Odin Place in the heart of Hirafu, The Alpinist serves modern Alpine cuisine, including cheese fondue, Swiss raclette and French specialties such as foie gras and double rib-eye steak.
We look forward to welcoming you back for the winter season from around December 5, 2026.
Open daily from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm (last order at 9:30 pm).
HOW TO BOOK
Reservations can be made online via TableCheck or by email.
For groups of 12 people or more, reservations must be made by email so that we can best accommodate your group.

À la carte dining and set menus are available, depending on the date.
From December 31 to January 2 inclusive, a special set menu will be served at ¥15,000 per person.
On January 3, guests can choose between our set menu and à la carte options.

Discover our Alpine-inspired cuisine, bringing together the best of French specialties and comforting mountain classics. From our signature cheese fondue and Swiss raclette to carefully selected meats and seasonal dishes, our menu is designed for sharing good food and great moments.
Our menu features both à la carte dishes and set menu options, depending on the date.
FESTIVE SEASON
From December 31, 2026, to January 2, 2027, we will offer a special set menu at ¥15,000 per person. On January 3, guests can choose between our set menu and à la carte options.
